Customer Service Engineer


The candidate should be at least a Diploma in Electronics, age 23 – 28 years, with around 3-5 years’ experience in providing technical services (maintenance) for office equipments, viz. multifunction equipments (copiers, printers, fax, scanners) and related products in well-known brands viz Ricoh, Mita Kycera, Canon, Minolta, Xerox, Toshiba, Sharp etc. in print speed of 20 to 100 PPM.


Experience in installing & supporting Managed Print Solution (MPS) software would be an added advantage.

Candidate should have technical aptitude to identify the technical problem and come up with answers to solve the technical problem.

Also should have desire to learn from senior colleagues, service manuals and on online training programmes.


Candidate should have good communication skill in English (reading, writing and speaking), good performance track record in professionally managed organizations and pleasant personality.


Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualification, experience & other requirements.
